The Script Navigator panel provides access to the Working Directory and My scripts so you can access your scripts through it. 

The Script Navigator represents the structure of folders as a tree. Select the file by simply double clicking on it to show its contents in the Editor window. To refresh the file list or change directory, right-click in any place in the Script Navigator window.

To run the Script Navigator click Script > Script Navigator.
