You can use the Chat panel to contact your broker using instant messaging.

To open a new Chat panel, select Trading Terminal > Chat.

For each message sent and received during the session, the Chat panel shows the time the message was sent or received, the sender and the message text.

To send a message, type in the field at the bottom of the panel and click Send. The broker's reply will be added to the panel when received.
