The Order Book panel lists system actions related to your orders, both which are open and close orders (SL/TP): creation, modification, removal, and execution.
To open a new Order Book panel, select Trading Terminal > Order Book.

Use the Data Coverage drop-down menu to see more data and go deeper into the history.
For each order, the following information is available:
Account - account name
Instrument - shows you the trading instrument the trade has been made with
Action - trade action (Buy/Sell)
Event - last event identifier (Executing, Creating, Modifying)
Order ID - identifier of the order. In case of open position, Order ID coincide with Position Number in Positions panel and Order ID in Trades panel. In case of position closing, it coincide with Order ID in Trades panel.
Type - type of the order (Limit, Market, Stop)
Price - order price at which the sale fills
Quantity - order amount
Remotel ID -order number as defined by the destination sent
Time - time when the order was placed
Date - date when the order was placed
TIF - the order's time in force (Day, GTC, IOC)
Trader ID - last person who modify the order
Stop Price - stop price for order
