The Stock Scanner is actually a WatchList with filters applied and sorting.

To create a new Stock Scanner click on Tools > Stock Scanner.

Follow the wizard, add Indicators for instruments, compare columns and perform sorting. This will allow you to filter only prospective opportunities.
