Orders Panel

The Orders panel lists your pending orders.

To open a new Orders panel, select Main Menu > Orders.

For each pending order, the following information is available:

  • Instrument - the name of the instrument traded.
  • Action - the type of trade to be executed (BUY or SELL).
  • Date - the date the order was placed.
  • Time - the time the order was placed.
  • Type - the order type.
  • Quantity - the value of the order, in lots or in currency units, depending on what is selected in the Settings dialog box.
  • Price - the price at which the order is to be executed.
  • Current price - the market price obtainable from your broker.
  • TIF - the order's time in force.
  • Order# - a unique number that the trading system is assigned to each order. A position opened based on this order will have the same number.
  • Qty. Filled  - the executed quantity of the order when only part of the order is executed.
  • Qty. Remaining  - the difference between quantity and executed quantity when only part of the order is executed.
  • Account - the login name of the account that opened the order.
  • SL - the stop loss price set for the order, if any.
  • TP - the take profit price set for the order, if any.
  • Bound to (OCO) - the ID of the order which this order is bound to; if it is executed, the system cancels the current one.
  • Comments - comments on the order.
  • Instrument type - market/category of the instrument (CFD, spot, stocks, etc.)

Some columns are not visible by default. You can display additional columns from administrator page.

What You Can Do in Orders Panel?

If you check some order you will see the additional options in the bottom of the page. You can modify any order using  button or watch detailed information using  button. If you need you can cancel oder using  button or return to Main Menu using  button .

 

Modify Order

You can modify order marking it and pressing button ModifyO.

After this you will see new window where you can set new amount, price, TIF, SL/TP or Trailing Stop or bound this order to another (to make OCO orders).
