Press the Settings icon  on the header of layout and you'll get the following window:

Here you can customize the following options:

• Refresh Time - choose time to refresh web page in seconds.
• Display local time - check this option to show the time accoding to your local time zone. Otherwise server time will be used.
• Display amount in lots - check this option to work with instruments in lots.
• Show amount sign - check this option if you want amount sign to be shown.
• Show confirmation messages - check this option if you'd like to get confirmation messages.

Press OK button to confirm the changes or Cancel otherwise.
