The method of composing a new order is much the same that in the OE panel in .Desktop. To Place an Order, click the button  on the top of the workspace. Here you need to select an Account, Instrument, Quantity, Order Type and Time Force. Check SL to set the Stop Loss price and TP to set the Take Profit price. So, fill all the boxes on the panel:

You can change Instrument in two ways. First, you may fill it in the edit box. While entering, WEB Station will choose the only appropriate options. Also, you may click on the icon  right after edit box to choose the Instrument manually. In this case you'll get the following window:

Click Buy or Sell to finish the composing, and Order will be sent to your Broker.

Then you'll see new position in Positions panel or new order in Orders panel:

To check all positions, scroll the panel. 

To close the existing position, press  icon and confirm your decision. To modify the position click  and you'll get the following window:

Here you can set Stop Loss and Take Profit prices or Trailing Stop for the Stop Loss level. To confirm changes click OK or Cancel otherwise.

You can close all positions using next button . In new window you just need to choose positions to close.

You have option to cancel orders using button . You need to check orders to cancel.

 Also you can place an order using WATCHLIST or FXBOARD. On WATCHLIST panel you can choose the instruments you want to follow. For this click  icon on the panel:

You'll get the LookUp window with list for selected and unselected instruments.

Also you can choose the visible columns or scroll the panel to check them all.

To place a new order, click the button with bid or ask in the Sell or Buy column and press OK on the conformation message. Here you can create only market type orders.

Using FXBOARD you should press Sell or Buy in appropriate square to place a new order:

To watch and trade on Level II quotes you can use Market Depth panel. If you want to trade you need to set instrument and quantity. Then press the button Buy or Sell and Market order will be formed.
