Press the Settings button on the header of layout:

Such options are available:

1. Refresh Time – select this option to refresh time interval in seconds
2. Display local time – select this option to show time in your local time zone
3. Display amount in lots – select this option to show instrument amount in lots
4. Show amount sign – select this option if you want amount sign to be shown
5. Show confirmation messages – select this option if you’d like to get confirmation messages
6. Price order – specify if you’d like Sell/Buy order or an opposite Buy/Sell order.
