License questions
How can I pay for PTMC license?
- Deposit your PTMC Community Account balance (PTMC Balance) using Visa / MasterCard payments
- Select the type of license (Multi-Asset or Forex), its validity period and click “Buy License” button to purchase the selected license using the funds from your PTMC Balance
I have bought the license. How can I get it?
Your License is linked to your PTMC Community account and can be seen
on «My Licenses» page. After you have paid
for it, you
need to log in to PTMC platform and Authorise yourself by clicking on the “C” icon in the
lower right corner. In case you don’t log in to your Community account, you will be prompted
about it in 3 minutes after platform launched. Once you successfully log in - your
credentials will be stored in your terminal settings and used during the next license checks
in future. If you decline your Authorization, the platform will be disconnected.
I have a problem with my license. What should I do?
If you have any questions or problems with your license, please contact us via Live Chat on
PTMC website, email info@protrader.org or leave your
question in the forum’s section License questions.
What is your Refund Policy?
We provide refunds only for initial orders and in case if you have requested refunds within
7 calendar days
after the payment. Request a refund please send to info@protrader.org.
You should understand, that we can refund only PTMC Balance deposit transactions. More

in Refund Policy.
