Dinamic Horizontal Line

Hello!

How could I create an indicator that always shows the last value as a horizontal line?

For example, if it was a media, I do not want the indicator to go up and down. It should always generate a horizontal line, and with each new candle, that entire line must move.

Can anyone do this?

For example, I want the current value of the 305 Period Exponential Average to be a support / resistance line.
