I've been trying to make contact with your customer service department for two weeks without a response. I have sent several emails and also used the live chat but I've yet to get a response.
I'm having problems adding funds to my account, it prompts me to raise an invoice through live chat when I try to activate my subscription. Live chat has been offline for two weeks. I have also sent direct emails without a response. Are you actually still trading as a company? Could someone update me please.
