[How to do bug reports] Useful information
Dear Users, welcome to Bug reports section.
If you have an issues with PTMC client, in this section you will be able to get help in solving it. To do this we ask you to create a topic with a detailed description of the problem.
In order to allow us to solve issues as quickly as possible, we recommend to provide details. The following details may be useful :
1. The sequence of steps that led to the problem.
2. Description / Details of the error or exception.
3. Special layouts, indicators or other settings if issue occurs while using the panel.
4. Screenshots will be useful especially.
5. Write your Broker.
It is not necessary to do everything as accurately as we wrote. But it will help us to quickly solve your problem.
