Breakeven Button Recommendation

Hi,

I feel that it is best that in the general settings section, the trader can pick the offset. Currently, if you pick breakeven, you will lose because of commission.

And for consistency, I feel that the breakeven button should exist next to the close selected, reversed selected, and etc buttons. This isn't a big deal, but I thought that I should bring it up.
