Bitfinex crypto exchange

Please add Bitfinex exchange to crypto connector.
It is as large as Poloniex, but has much more serious features, and much more serious customers B)

it is really important in this hot period for cryptocurrencies to have bitfinex support I think an analysis done on a powerful platform like PTMC is essential. Furthermore, Poloniex does not allow btc / usd and this can be a necessary step.
