Improvement of Volume indicator
It will be great to improve Volume indicator:
1. Add the ability to overlay moving average on the Volume indicator.
2. Add the condition for coloring of volume bars (volume bar > MA (see item 1) = green bar; oposite for red bar)

Peters Victor 20.05.2016It would also be nice if volume could be calculated backwards for Range and Renko. When loading the chart, these still are empty values.
