(Option for) Truly synchronized charts

I spend a lot of time backtesting manual trading strategies. I look at 3 time frames - the main one for price action, a higher one for S/R and trend, and a lower one for entry signals. Say H1, H4 and M15. So as I scroll through the H1 chart 1 bar at a time and see a setup, I'd like to have the H4 and M15 charts sync up if I so choose. I routinely scroll through months of data in a session this way. As an example, Ninja Trader has a Global Crosshair tool that moves all the charts together. The H4 chart moves once every 4 bars on the H1 chart, the M15 moves 4 bars for 1 on H1.
