Are drawings saved with workspaces or layouts?
As part of strategy development, I need the ability to quickly/easily mark up charts and save all the drawings for later recall. Ideally, as with MT4 I would be able to see these markups on the chart resulting from an automated backtest (in MT4 one simply names the template the same as the strategy name to achieve this).
Are their customizable keyboard shortcuts for accessing the drawing tools?
Yes, you can customize hotkeys for available drawings.
General settings => Hotkeys => Chart

All drawings are saved with workspaces.
