Processing power in Algostudio optimization

I have questions about the best way to increase speed in the algostudio optimization process.

I see that the process "algoagent.exe" appears 3 concurrent instances when performing optimization.

How can I increase concurrent instances of "algoagent.exe"?

Is there any performance comparison between different GPUs (eg Nvidia 1050 versus Nvidia 1080) and different CPUs (eg Intel i5 2 Cores / 4 Threads versus Intel i7 4 Cores / 8 Threads)?
