Exporting / Importing Watch Lists

Hi,

Is there a way to import / export watch lists?

If not, which file are these lists saved to so I can make a backup.

Instruments list saved in file: C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\ProtraderMC\program.ini
You can backup this file.
