LIMIT OF CHART PANELS in WORKSPACE

Dear Srs.

I tryed open some panels of a lot of stocks in workspace of Protrader envoirement. After 16 panels opened I recived a INFO that "The limit of avaliable Chart panel has been reached ..." We can configure more panels or 16 panels are limit for work ?

Hello!

What the broker(connection) do you use?

It would be great, if you can send screenshot with message and your connection.

Because, in the PTMC we does not have any limit of available panels.

Hello I use a DEMO of PROTRADER of Brasil Version. If you said me that no have limits, I can concluse that is property of demo version. It´s true ?

Platform allows you to open an unlimited number of panels, but for defense(or other purposes), different brokers limit the number of possible subscriptions, and/or the number of simultaneously open panels (16 Charts in your case).

If you want to increase the limit, you need to contact your broker and request a limit increase.
