When I navigate to the forum page, I see in the upper right an option Login. However, when I click this, nothing happens. The only way I get to the login screen is to click the Add Topic button.

Try clicking CTRL+R (keyboard).
If this does not help, please send more information (browser, link to the page where the Login button does not work).
You can send GIF animation with this bug on email QA_Protrader@pfsoft.org.
