Is there an easy way to set alarms directly on a pricelevel in the chart?

I just watched that video. That's really the only way to set alerts?
You guys really need to simplify how to add alerts if thats the case. You should just be able to right click on a chart and where ever you clicked should be the alert price. Really should not be more difficult.
