In the bottom right corner of the program I have it using the 24 hour clock set to UTC to match my broker. My position history show AM/PM though. Any way to change that to the 24 hour clock as well?

The time format on the Chart depends on the time format on your computer.
To on the Chart was 24 hour clock, you should to change the time format on your computer.
