Can anyone point me in the right direction, to either a set of instructions or videos on how to set up Cluster charts properly? For the life of me I cannot get the buy/sell volume and delta to work.

That because, IQ feed does not provide flag aggressor via API. The flag aggressor helps to determine the side of the completed trades.
