Themes and UI Design

Hi,

As I'm a big fan of flat UI design, I'm kindly asking, what is possible with your widgets regarding UI Design, themes and customization. Maybe through an editor (if the config files are text based).
You are not by any chance using the WPF Controls and Libraries from DevExpress?
I'm not advertising these in any way and if linking the pictures in here is against your rules and need to be removed, I'm fine with that!

What I want to achieve is PTMC having the following style (once it's API is fully open and even possible).
