Demo license?
I do not trade with PTMC. I use the demo feed while working on learning C# (because it appears AlgoStudio improvement is in limbo). I also tried connecting to my M T account, and as has been mentioned by others, get almost no historical data except for M T's default timeframes. That is unacceptable.
So, it is illogical for me to pay for a license for PTMC when I do not use it at this point for any kind of gain. That said, will there be an option for a free perpetual demo license that uses the PT data feed as it is now? If the answer is no, then it will be "bye-bye".

Unfortunately, we were forced to hide M T gateway for technical reasons.
Over the next year AlgoStudio of PTMC will be free. At the moment our team is developing new, advanced version of AlgoStudio.

Thanks, Support, for the quick reply. Well, clearly, there is no perpetual free demo as I asked about. And, with AlgoStudio being free most likely only for one more year, there is no incentive for me to continue with ProTrader. .
Good luck with your development efforts. Really, I think PTMC is a bit immature for going to a subscription program; I don't think you will be attarcting very many "serious" users yet, and obviously, it is not attractive to the M T users yet, either.
We are highly appreciate your feedback and believe that you will come back to our product and community when it will be worth of your attention. Usually, the process of product commercialization is a hard time for company but we went this way in order to have a possibility to fund the further development of PTMC and make it competitive enough on diverse market of trading software.

Can we learn more about the PTMC Loyalty Program? I have been actively testing the PTMC beta/RC versions for weeks and am sending continuous feedback/reports. Also, I do have so many great ideas for development that I would share and which would give an edge to PTMC and its trader ;) I have been gathering my development ideas in an xls chart for weeks now and some of them are already added to the "new feature request" thread.
Is this worth something? Especially on the long run.
Ps.: I do feel like PTMC platform is the "to be the best" trading platform out there, but due to a few things it is not yet there where it would really worth monthly 50 Euros (annually 500 or so), when SierraChart which is a really professional one, that is right it is the ugliest platform and the less user friendly (most difficult) is just 25 per month or so.
