Cannot login in desktop version.
Why i cannot log in Desktop version with the registered login/password. I use windows 10 x64 and install 32bit version of PTMC

Do you have the same connection parameters?
What is the final stage of connection?
I mean, when you're trying to log in, in your screenshot displayed the "connecting" message. It's possible, that your platform needs more time until you log in.
Do you have the Saved Workspaces? [If you have your own workspaces, log in can take more time.]
