Scrolling bar by bar stopped working

Hi,

I'm using the latest version (1.0.40). Last time I used the bar by bar scrolling (F12 key) was last week. I tried it again today and it's stopped working. The only things that have changed since then are:

1. I upgraded to the new version of ProTrader.

2. I'm now using FXCM demo account instead of ProTrader demo account.

Can you please look into this issue?

Hi, AminderG!

Please, to check Hotkey in the General Settings.

For example, look at the GIF animation with the latest version PTMC.

The chart is scrolling by pressing F12.

Hi,

The hotkey is enabled in the settings. I did check that before starting this post.

I even deleted and re-added the hot key. Still no luck.

As I suspected, the hotkey works on an independent chart window. It doesn't, however, work if the chart is a part of a grid.

We provide this functionality in the nearest release.
