PTMC Charts not matching with FXCM Charts
When I compare your charts with the actual candlesticks on the charts provided by FXCM, I find PTMC charts are not correct.
FXCM uses NY close
Example, as per FXCM Charts, the AUDUSD Daily chart - had 13th May 2016 Friday as the last daily candle for the week and then the next candlestick should be of 16th May 2016.
But PTMC charts show 12th May, 14th May, 15th May candlesticks.
How can you have a daily candle on 14th May which was a saturday.
There is no option to change the time zone settings for the chart to alter this situation. This affects all moving average values and analysis becomes incorrect.
You will have to provide a fix for this if its already not available and I am not aware.
I will appreciate your immediate look into this critical issue.

Thank you for your request.
Information that you saw was sent by FXCM API. All the bars, which were built on chart, depended on information sent to us.
For example for 15th May which was a Sunday.
They showed data for that day(in aggregation 1 hour) but they skipped it in 1D aggregation.

Still the problem exists.
Even if you say or explain based on H1 charts, how can PTMC Daily charts display a daily candle for 14th May.
FXCM charts does not have any data or candle for 14th May.
Pls see the possibility of building daily charts based on hourly candles and if a time zone setting, with options like NY close or GMT close or user's local time, can be provided for the charts, then the daily candles based on hourly data can be more meaningful for analysis and all moving averages will show values correctly and help in the analysis.
Pls consider this feedback as it can only improve PTMC charts.

By default, FXCM does not show bars for the weekends. Perhaps you have disabled display setting bars on the weekends.

Thanks....thats the point...you have explained perfectly...so the fact is yes, by default the weekend data is hidden on the daily charts because they are actually merged with monday day ...so you have only 5 candles a week. So PTMC should also have this option on the charts to show weekend data or hide or merge with monday candle to be in total sync with charts provided by FXCM.
Because, my preference is to have only 5 candles for a week. I am asking for this because the moving averages get affected by this and the analysis goes wrong so to say if I see 6 daily candles for the week.
Example, apply 200 EMA on AUDUSD daily chart and see the latest value for 5 candles and 6 candle charts. Both values are different.
There are several such analysis which goes slight off track. Hope you see the point and I appreciate if you can bring in this option in your charts too. ( to show or hide or merge weekend data with monday candle)
