Unable to show Volume Profile

The volume profile is based on trades. FXCM does not provide information about trades.

i can display perfect volume profile for both FX and CFDs on Ninja trader and its Trading Station

As I understand, you are using the indicator "Volume profile" on Ninja trader and it seems that it is based on tick data. You can create and add the same indicator for PTMC and use it.

Also, tick volume are identical on the PTMC and FXCM.

To build real volume profile we need trade tick data, which is not available for forex in FXCM. But this case is common and I think we will add possibility to create volume profile based on bid/ask ticks. But you should undestand in this case you will receive not so accurate results.

We've included this task in our plans.

Really like the platform, however not using it without volume profile.
