Charts for interactive brokers CFDs

We are supporting everything except Options. At the moment we are working on adding Options.
There is a limit on quotes, but it's not our limitation. This is limitation of Interactive Brokers.
They give quotes only if there is a real account.
For demo accounts are available quotes only for Forex.

Hi,

I have a real account, but the interactive brokers index CFD charts i tried (IBDE30 and IBNL25 for instance) do not work.

"No data available for IBDE30@SMART time-15.."

Other intervals do not work either.

IB offers ask/bid quotes only for its index CFDs (see the link i gave previously)

I hope you can either tell me what i'm doing wrong or get this fixed.

Please, answer at the following questions to help us identify the problem :

What kind of data do you use for those instruments on Chart?

Do you have any data for those instruments on Time & Sales or Watchlist panels?

We will be grateful for screenshots if you have any data in those panels.
