Connection issues
I have written to support but no joy yet, I am trying to connect to IB and keep getting a time out and unknown error....i have the TWS API settings correct and port number, so i just add user and PW to PTMC...but doesnt work....any help ?

Do you have the Teamviewer? We would like to look at your problem with IB connections.
