VWAP & Stock Symbol Entry
As an equities trader using IB as my brokerage, one of the main reasons we look for other charting software is because IB does not provide an intraday VWAP indicator within their TWS system. Is there any way to implement that in PTMC? It would be a substantial draw for any TWS user, so much so that I would literally create a website just for the referral business.
Additionally, with the IB data going to PTMC, when you input a stock symbol in a chart you have to scroll through the list of available exchanges and choose the "smart route" exchange which is IB's consolidated feed of all exchanges. Is there a way to default to that when putting in the initial stock symbol? It's not ideal for active traders to input a symbol then scroll to find the appropriate exchange to trade.

Very good post! I have same problems!
To solve problem with VWAP I tried this: https://protrader.org/codebase/indicators/vwap-indicator. But it shows not exactly correct information, especially when there are large volumes.
As for the name of the shares, I generally think of asking the developers to post a database file where everyone can match the real name of the stock and the one used in the IB ... Then, if everyone can make the correct title matching during his work, it will take no more than a month to displayed stock symbol correctly. It will benefit to everyone! It remains only to encourage developers to do this))
