Price feed issue (USDCAD only)

Hello PTMC support, I use PTMC platform with DTN IQfeed for my price feed.

Recently I am unable to load the price feed for "USDCAD.FXCM" as it shows "symbol does not exist" when i try to click it.

I have talked with DTN IQfeed support and found out that it is not a data issue but a platform issue. As I can see the price change in the watch quote app.

Is there any fix to this issue? FYI this is only for USDCAD pair. the other pairs are fine.
