tick data COMPLETELY GONE after update

what happened? I just restarted my PTMC to update the new version and now the tick data is completely GONE! any way I can get it back?

Im also facing the same issue of certain pairs not loading sometimes during PTMC startup, forcing me to restart the platform multiple times to get the proper pairs to load. (refer to my other post in this forum)

Wondering is there is any fix for certain symbols not loading upon initial startup. It causes my grid to have repeat symbols since some symbols do not load
