4K (UHD) Hi-DPI display compatibility

I have no scaling issues with platform on my Hi-DPI display, except horrible chunky fonts and pixelation.

Thus, would be great to add full 4K UHD Hi-DPI display support.

Might start from fonts.

If there would be in-platform interface scaling possibility, it would be easy to make workaround -- by disabling scaling on Hi-DPI displays

in the application's label settings + scaling the interface manually to 

200%, or as desired. NET framework v4.7, on which PTMC is built, as I suppose, already CAN do all the proper scaling for the forms and

other objects, as I know:

I think, that many pro-traders, already use Hi-DPI displays, 

as they got not so expensive, and greatly improves work comfort, by reducing eye strain.
