Add a Protrader Nuget Package

Hello. Actually, we have new vision of Algostudio when it is an extension in Visual Studio, more details you can read here. After finishing you will able to use Visual Studio not only for coding and debugging, but for backtesting and optimization also. We are working on this now and planning to publish first version at end of december.
