Add MaM / Trade Mirroring Functionality

The PTMC platform is one of the most complete trading tools out there and I love it! One thing that would make it even better is a mirroring capability. What if the trader manages more than one accounts, each with a different risk-attribute? For instance, I am managing one of my accounts with a much higher leverage than the remaining, but would still ike to mirror the trades accross these accounts. In order to achieve this the following are needed:

* Allow for more than one accounts to be "logged in" on the PTMC platform at all times

* When a trade is executed on the MASTER account, it is mirrored according to pre-defined parameters/settings to the other accounts (e.g. x2 on Slave 1, x10 on Slave 2 and x1 to Slave 3). So a 1m trade on the Master account, would be a 2m trade on Slave1, a 10m trade on Slave2 and a 1m trade on Slave3.

I think the Protrader platform has such a MaM module, so the technology is probably already available to PTMC. I think this functionality would be highly useful to many PTMC traders, mostly the ones with private mandates from their clients'.

I really hope this can be implemented since it would enhance greatly the reach of the platform to professionals (myself included)!
