Lock all drawing tools universally

You've recently added a Lock Location function, and that's great, but some people are never satisfied, it seems.  Someone asked, that I request this Lock function be applied to every drawing on the chart with one right-click.  Personally, I love the new function, but I can see how it might become bothersome to remember to lock a drawing every single time, for some people.
