A few visual enhancements request

Hi, just wanted to request a few visual enhancements.

Would be great to be able to change Candle border and Wick thickness.

On drawing tools like Fib Retracements, flexibility where to place text, like far right so it's out of the way, would help to keep charts looking cleaner.
