Add more Cluster chart features/filters

Add more filter possibilities and features, so more and detailed market auction theories can be applied. Be inspired by the great MarketDelta features/charts.

- Filters to compare volumes/deltas of different price levels, so theories like buyer/seller imbalances can be shown on the chart
- API access to the cluster data, so special indicators for unfinished auctions and stop triggering can be implemented
- Add support for time independent charts like Renko. Cluster charts should be applicable for any aggregation type
- Various constellations like imbalances should be able to trigger alerts
- Color shading should offer more options, when using custom pair. E.g. Buy and Sell volume: only shade the prominent value at the price level, instead of coloring both Buy and Sell volumes on every price level
- Add a POC ray like with custom Volume Profile
