Add support for EasyLanguage (Tradestation & MultiCharts)

Adding support of EasyLanguage will enable direct re-use of a lot of indicators and strategies without the time consuming work of translation. Also, not all users are capable of programming in C++/C# (I do use C# daily so this is not just for myself). EasyLanguage is a good introduction language for traders.
