Add VWAP tool (indicator)

Please add VWAP tool with more flexible time settings. For example, VWAP for certain trading session; for the whole trading day or week.

It will be great if you can add an overlay with several VWAPs (daily+weekly; hourly + daily, etc.).

Also, add standard deviation on the VWAP.
