Relative Vigor Index indicator
The Relative Vigor Index is a technical indicator, which counts on changes in market trends. When calculating the indicator is used the comparison of opening price and closing price instead stochastic oscillator.
The basic idea for this indicator is that the bull market appears when the closing price above the opening price, otherwise, if the closing price below its opening price, then it's bear market.
The basic signal is considered to be crossing the two indicator lines:
Buy - if the trend blue line crosses the orange signal from the bottom up.
Sell – when the blue trend line crosses the orange signal from the top down.
A secondary signal appears when line is crossing the zero level indicator:
Buy - If the line crossed the zero level from the bottom up, then enter for buying.
Sell - when the zero-crossing from top bottom.
