CrossMA indicator

The CrossMA indicator is based on crossing of two MA lines. The main features of it are flexible settings each lines and signal arrows in crossing places.

Also, CrossMA provides the alert mode if enabled.

Bear in mind, the "Smoothing parameter" value varies in the meaning depending on algorithm:

1. JJMA has smoothing parameter gap -100/+100
2. T3 smoothing parameter is multiplied by 100 for better visualization
3. Smoothing parameter for VIDYA is CMO period
4. Smoothing parameter for AMA is a slow EMA period
